Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write in English; bilingual is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pre-op/tear down and coordinates line setup.
• Reviews production issues, schedules and specs; prevents downtime.
• Leads continuous improvement plant-wide.
• Assigns personnel to stations; provides training; enforces corrective actions.
• Communicates effectively with supervisors and line workers.
• Ensures specification compliance and accurate documentation.
• Maintains records for line performance, waste, quality checks, and usage.
• Cross-trains in all lead areas related to production and packaging.
• Work safely; on the floor 95% of shift; flexible schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
