Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Production Lead to oversee line setup and teardown, coordinate production schedules, and drive continuous improvement on the floor. You will lead teams, monitor quality and safety, and ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and prior lead or shift supervisory experience in a multi-shift environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-op and teardown per shift and coordinate lines setup.
• Review production issues, schedules, and product specs to prevent downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement plant wide and assign personnel to stations.
• Provide associate training and ensure documentation and lot tracking.
• Maintain legible records for line performance, waste, and production data.
