Job summary

Maker's Pride in Ohio is seeking a Production Lead to support the supervisor in maintaining a safe work environment while ensuring high-quality production with minimal waste. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read and interpret production documents; cross-training across lead areas is expected.

• Basic math skills and data entry into computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pre-op and tear down; coordinates lines setup.
• Reviews production issues and schedules with other departments to minimize downtime.
• Leads continuous improvement plant wide.
• Assigns personnel to work stations; provides associate training and corrective actions.
• Ensures specification compliance and maintains accurate documentation (lot tracking, waste, quality checks).
• Reads and interprets safety rules and production documents; cross-trains across lead areas.
