Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC in Kentucky is seeking a production scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize workflows, ensuring SLA adherence and efficient use of resources across multiple client orders.

You will forecast work volume, attend daily scheduling meetings, monitor production systems, and identify cost-saving opportunities, with Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred. Shift: Wednesday–Friday and every other Tuesday, 4:45 pm–4:00 am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Typically 4+ years of experience in work sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes information to model daily production and forecast resourcing requirements.
• Attends daily scheduling meetings to determine machine workflow assignments.
• Assigns and coordinates schedules by department and machine to minimize SLA conflicts.
• Monitors internal systems to ensure work is on pace to meet client SLAs.
• Communicates status and potential timing concerns to leadership with suggested solutions.
• Submits detailed production information to internal and external customers.
• Analyzes processes for potential client cost savings and failure data; recommends solutions.
• Utilizes system data to advise staffing and overtime decisions and overall production efficiencies.
