You will monitor workflows, resolve issues, and align with client and business needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in operations, production, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations; ensure service levels and quality.
• Coach and manage team performance; set goals and conduct reviews.
• Monitor workflow; resolve issues and support client needs.
