Job summary

FIS is seeking a production scheduling professional to coordinate and optimize multi-client workflows. You will forecast demand, model daily production, and coordinate machine and department schedules to meet client SLAs.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, attention to detail, and clear communication with leadership during shifts. This position follows a standard first shift, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in work sequencing and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes information to model daily production and forecast resourcing.
• Performs complex modeling to develop operational capacity.
• Attends daily scheduling meetings to determine machine workflow assignments.
• Coordinates schedules by department and machine to optimize SLA attainment.
• Monitors systems to ensure on-pace progress toward client SLAs.
• Communicates status and offers solutions to leadership during shifts.
