You will work with Production, Materials, Engineering, Quality and Tooling to maintain schedule visibility and respond to floor conditions. The position does not supervise employees but influences outcomes through collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple departments or functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily production plan based on customer priorities, capacity, material availability, staffing and real‑time floor conditions.
• Translate production requirements into clear daily priorities for Supervisors, Leads, and support teams.
• Verify labor, materials, tooling, fixtures, documentation, and instructions are available before scheduled work begins.
• Monitor production progress and adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Escalate risks and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support engineering trials, validations, launch activities, and production changeovers.
• Maintain calendar of upcoming trials, validations, and sample runs.
• Document trial outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Provide accurate information to enable shift execution and cross-functional handoffs.
