Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple departments is required.
• Experience using ERP/MMS/MRP systems and production documentation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily flow of production activities and prioritize work.
• Maintain real-time visibility of production constraints and adjust plans.
• Support readiness for launches, trials, and changeovers across departments.
• Provide timely information to supervisors and leads to execute shifts efficiently.
• Document trial status, issues, and required follow-up actions.
