Job summary

Astrophysics Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator at our City of Industry, CA headquarters to support daily production activities and ensure smooth workflows across departments. You will update the WIP report, resolve production issues, and facilitate coordination between teams to meet company goals.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in Business/Operations and 1–2 years in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support production by ensuring smooth flow of units between phases (Electrical, Mechanical, Imaging).
• Resolve flow issues by coordinating with Warehouse, Planning, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, or Quality.
• Track timelines by updating the daily WIP report and assist with resource allocation.
