Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, is seeking a Production Control professional to coordinate the flow from post-machining to final inspection. You will communicate with customers and outside vendors to keep manufacturing on schedule and deliver on time.

The role requires managing production schedules, expediting orders, and supporting production control with quality, accounting, and engineering teams. The position is full-time, on-site, with first shift hours.

Qualifications

• Understanding of production requirements, processes, and materials.
• Scheduling/planning principles and concepts.
• Inventory principles and concepts.
• Manufacturing / ERP systems software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule and work orders to enable product flow to insure on time deliveries.
• Print orders for production and monitor completion of orders.
• Supplies customer service with delivery dates.
• Monitors customer backlog reports for manufacturing to insure on-time-delivery.
• Moves products internally and expedites outside vendors.
• Expedite orders as needed to meet customer demand.
• Respond to internal customer requests.
• Prepares and submits shipping lists to accounting.
