Job summary

OBE is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams and ensure safe, efficient production. You will plan, assign work, and drive continuous improvement in line with TPS/WPO principles.

You will monitor KPIs, coach staff, ensure quality and on-time shipments, and collaborate with upstream departments to meet customer needs. Experience in manufacturing and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP software, assembly management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes and deliverables.
• Ability to interpret and relay production data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Balances safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale, driving continuous improvement.
• Provides leadership, motivation, and coaching to attain high employee performance.
• Ensures compliance with Safety and Quality standards.
• Leads a safe, well-organized workplace with TPS/WPO practices.
• Records daily KPIs and updates reports; summarizes shifts.
• Coaches employees and resolves issues through problem solving.
• Communicates with upstream departments to ensure timely shipments.
• Manages scrap and inventory data and coordinates maintenance requests.
