Job summary

EHOB is seeking a Production Supervisor in Indianapolis to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing and warehouse operations on the production floor. You will supervise 80–100 employees, coordinate with HR, and ensure safe, efficient material flow and quality standards.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, training of staff, and certification in forklift and cherry picker operation. A high school diploma or GED with 10+ years of team‑leading experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units.
• Able to convey instructions clearly to groups of employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Train employees on machine operation and certify upon completion of required training.
• Supervise approximately 80–100 production employees and temporary associates.
• Manage WMS-driven workflows, task assignments, staging, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with hiring, training, discipline, and performance evaluations in line with policies.
