• Knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes and global customs regimes.
• Proven change management experience with productivity and cost-reduction programs.
• Strong communication skills; proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and help establish production priorities.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance and quality control.
• Review reports to identify nonconformities and production problems.
• Assist in reducing scrap and MRO usage; ensure clean workstations.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare monthly report cards; drive improvements.
