Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and staff.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient PC skills with Windows OS.
• Familiarity with Jabil software packages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield, and productivity goals.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor and drive line efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Identify high fallout and work to minimize it.
• Monitor hourly production status and machine utilization.
• Guide operators in the required skills and ensure CIQ system is properly implemented.
• Act as a communication link between operators and management.
