Job summary

Jabil in Florence, SC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity targets.

You will assist the Manufacturing Supervisor, drive operator performance, monitor hourly production status and ensure CIQ system is implemented. Strong communication and problem solving are required; PC skills are essential. This is not a people management role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Ability to read and interpret graphs and production metrics.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with manufacturing software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to APS.
• Oversee daily operations within assigned production area.
• Support workflow coordination, productivity, and quality.
• No direct reports.
• Not a people manager role.
