Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production operators within work cell 404.
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and quality deviations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and labor utilization.
• Communicate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to address operational challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Perform performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
