Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive operators for efficiency.
• Highlight to supervisor when there is high fallout.
• Achieve daily standards set by Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Identify and develop operators to handle equipment and increase throughput.
• Guide operators in required skills.
• Monitor hourly production status.
• Ensure CIQ system is implemented and standards met.
• Serve as communication link between operators and management.
• Any combination of education, experience, and training.
