Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field or organizational management.
• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing management.
• Lean-Sigma Green belt preferred.
• SAP desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and foster accident-free culture.
• Ensure on-time, quality manufacturing while meeting cost targets.
• Manage KPI areas: safety, output, customer service, waste, and schedule adherence.
• Coach cell coordinators and hourly associates for continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean-Sigma projects and KAIZEN events to drive daily improvements.
