  • Track record of managing complex engineering projects from planning through execution within budget and schedule.
  • Ability to garner support for new methods, technologies, and process improvements.
  • Strong skills in developing people and achieving results via collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and implement effective manufacturing methods and technologies.
  • Develop and optimize process parameters, tooling, fixtures, and equipment setups for stable production.
  • Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new product launches, including process development and validation.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and integrate advanced manufacturing techniques.
  • Plan and execute manufacturing improvement projects from concept through implementation.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for daily production issues and deviations.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, scrap reduction, cycle time, and OEE.
  • Maintain strong inter department relationships to align on production goals and priorities.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Support operator training with clear work instructions and SOPs.
