Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Lean Transformation Manager for its Taunton, MA site to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will develop and implement Kaizen methodologies and the Prysmian Performance System (PPS) to empower employees and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Reporting to the Plant Director, you will own the transformation—leading high-impact initiatives, shaping Lean strategy, and partnering with leadership to sustain improvements and deliver real business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial engineering strongly preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing with leadership in Kaizen/CI.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy (Hoshin Kanri).
• Partner directly with the Site Director to prioritize opportunities with high impact.
• Drive measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery and cost across the site.
• Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow and cost transformation.
