Qualifications

  • Must be results-driven with proven success in a manufacturing setting.
  • Leads cross-functional teams and mentors engineers.
  • Experience managing complex engineering projects within budget and schedule.
  • Able to build organizational support for new methods and technologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with production staff to implement effective methods and technologies.
  • Develop and optimize process parameters, tooling, and equipment setups.
  • Lead readiness activities for new product launches (process development, validation, documentation).
  • Plan and execute improvement projects from concept to implementation.
  • Provide hands-on support for daily production issues and deviations.
  • Deliver measurable gains in productivity, scrap reduction, cycle time, and OEE.
  • Maintain cross-department alignment on production goals.
