Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.

• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and manufacturing systems.
• Experience utilizing production data, KPIs, reporting tools, and operational metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lean manufacturing exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor associates and mentor on the production line.
• Coordinate between logistics and maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
• Drive quality and cost saving initiatives.
