Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Production Engineer I to join our Albuquerque, NM fab team. You will own Photolithography process modules, drive yield improvements, and work with Operations, Maintenance, and R&D to push projects forward.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to build relationships across floor operators and engineers. A bachelor’s in engineering is required, with experience in photolithography and metrology valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Experience with photolithography systems and associated metrology.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support sustaining activities to maximize yield and productivity in litho area.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Process Tech and R&D teams to drive project success.
• Own Photolithography process modules and address defect issues with yield reporting.
