Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics; Master’s preferred.
  • Three years of hands-on photolithography experience in a process/manufacturing engineer role.
  • Strong experience in SPC, DOE, and photoresist modeling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors, sustains, and supports day-to-day photolithography processes to improve wafer quality and performance.
  • Provides technical support to operators, technicians, and other engineers to ensure process reliability.
  • Designs experiments to verify process robustness and improve process latitude.
  • Develops and implements cost-reducing practices to lower cycle time and improve efficiency.
  • Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions.
  • Improves production yields via process/tool manufacturability optimization.
  • Partners with process and product engineering to reduce scrap and improve yield.
  • Uses SPC to analyze product quality and presents findings to teams.
  • Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
