Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in optics, chemistry, EE, physics, or related field.
• Experience with module processes: deposition, lithography, dry etch, plasma drill, thin films, metrology.
• Familiar with semiconductor integration processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lithography and photoresist based on physics and optics.
• Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting and performance targets.
• DOE and optimize exposure and photoresist conditions.
• Identify root causes and perform failure analysis with跨-organizational teams.
• Operate process management per customer specifications.
• Standardize recipes and establish SOPs with concrete engineering.
• Perform statistical process control using statistical tools.
