Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Production Engineer to support safe, efficient plant operations and high-quality repairs. You will work hands-on on the shop floor, coordinating production activities and developing repair methods, engineering drawings, and documentation.

You will analyze failures, perform root-cause investigations, and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production engineering experience in a shop environment.
• Experience improving manufacturing and repair processes.
• Ability to develop repair methods and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, efficient, high-quality plant operations.
• Coordinate production activities and work flow to meet schedules.
• Develop and maintain repair documentation and procedures.
• Perform inspections, failure analyses, and root-cause investigations.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen.
