Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a Production Engineer to support safe, efficient plant operations, coordinate production activities, and develop repair methods and engineering drawings.

You will work hands-on in the shop, lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen, and document procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria to drive safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with shop floor operations and coordinating production activities.
• Ability to drive process improvements and support safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Strong collaboration across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in the shop to understand plant operations, equipment, workflows, and repair processes.
• Coordinate production planning and troubleshooting to support schedules and customer delivery.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and standardized work.
