Job summary

SNF Holding Company is seeking a Production Engineer II to provide technical leadership for assigned manufacturing processes. This on-site role focuses on safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations while improving equipment effectiveness and operating costs.

The position collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues, lead continuous improvement, and implement sustainable solutions driving safety, quality and throughput gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of process safety, MOC, PHAs and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process/equipment performance to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Own technical performance of assigned processes and drive improvements in safety, quality, reliability, throughput, and cost.
• Lead MOC, PSSRs, procedure updates and training documentation.
