Job summary

Electrical Power Products, Inc. seeks a Production Leader to oversee key production departments, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead teams, manage production schedules, and coach staff to meet performance targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will champion First Time Quality, organize workflows, and act as a bridge between shop floor and senior management while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, business or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as a manager/supervisor in manufacturing. Strong leadership presence and influence.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing; Lean, 5S and continuous improvement.
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of electrical-mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety in all areas of the department(s).
• Meet daily and weekly production targets and goals.
• Own, manage and lead successful completion of production schedules.
• Drive First Time Quality and build products to specifications.
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties.
• Monitor progress and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Coach/mentor staff and promote growth and development.
• Act as liaison between senior management and department employees.
