Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 9+ years of experience; OR Master’s with 7+ years; OR PhD with 4+ years.
• US Citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Minimum 2 years of technical or project leadership; cross-organizational collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead a technical team of 10–15 engineers across hardware engineering tasks.
• Develop staffing plans, performance evaluations, and goal setting.
• Drive process improvement, roadmap development, and hiring to manage workload and attrition.
• Support transition to Mission PLM and related processes; participate in proposal writing.
