Job summary

Jobtailor in Rialto, CA seeks a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to support production planning across departments, enter dates and quantities into the DPS system, and coordinate job site deliveries.

You will provide customer service by phone, email, and will-call, communicate needs across drivers, sales and operations, and maintain scheduling data with tickets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Solid customer service background.
• Experience answering a high volume of calls from Drivers, Customers, and Sales Team.
• Logistics or transportation experience.
• 2+ years of basic computer skills, with ability to be trained on company software
