Job summary

Quince in San Francisco is seeking a Production Coordinator to serve as the operational hub between Home Merchandising, Creative, Production, and Digital teams. You will keep product launches and photoshoots on track by coordinating timelines, managing priorities, and ensuring assets and resources are in place from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, production, merchandising, or studio management.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing calendars and deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain creative and merchandising calendars, ensuring milestones and launch dates stay on track.
• Coordinate product readiness, sample management, and shoot prioritization to support photoshoots and launches.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Home Merchandising, Creative, Production, and Digital teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure assets and product information are delivered on time.
• Track project status, communicate updates, and proactively identify roadblocks.
• Coordinate freelance resources and support studio operations as needed.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and build scalable processes.
• Ensure assets and project documentation are organized and maintained.
