Job summary

Quince in Santa Fe Springs, CA, is hiring a Production Associate, Decoration to support a high-volume production floor. You will stage orders, assist machine operators across embroidery, heat transfer, and related processes, and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace with a focus on quality and timely output.

This fully on-site role reports to the Production Lead and collaborates with Warehouse, Shipping, and Fulfillment teams to keep production moving smoothly and meet daily output targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to stand for a full shift (8+ hours).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain quality and accuracy at a steady production pace.
• Adaptable and self-directed — able to shift between tasks as the floor demands.
• Reliable and punctual; production schedules depend on everyone showing up.

Responsibilities

• Stage and validate orders for production, confirm inventory and materials, verify work instructions and machine locations, and ensure readiness for operators.
• Trim threads, backing, and excess materials from decorated goods to keep pace with machine output.
• Inspect decorated pieces against the job ticket for placement, adhesion, color, and appearance.
• Log defect types, quantities, and job numbers for disposition by the Production Lead.
• Prepare finished pieces for packing and handoff to Shipping; ensure presentation is ready.
