Front Porch is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in San Francisco to assist the Marketing team with administrative coordination, logistics, and asset management. You will support campaign planning, vendor communications, and data entry into the CRM, contributing to cross-team collaboration and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

The role reports to the Marketing team and offers full-time hours with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative support experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate marketing activities and timelines using project management software.
• Track campaign deliverables and maintain project files and calendars.
• Support internal communication between vendors, Sales, Marketing, System Marketing, and internal teams.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and maintain notes and action items.
• Disseminate marketing content and campaign updates.
