Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to drive cross-departmental project delivery in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will coordinate timelines, keep stakeholders aligned, and maintain thorough project documentation.

This role partners with Sales, Purchasing, Creative, Product Development, and Operations to ensure on-time deliverables, mitigate risks, and uphold quality standards across initiatives in California.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Creative Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between Sales, Purchasing, Creative, Product Development, Operations, and external vendors/suppliers.
• Oversee project timelines and align stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist in developing and implementing project plans, processes, and strategies.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and help resolve issues proactively.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving efforts.
