SERVPRO of Weston/ West Davie is hiring an experienced Production Coordinator with strong administrative experience in the restoration industry. This role acts as the main contact for administration of production projects, maintaining timelines and ensuring complete job file documentation with precision.

The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced emergency service environment, and collaboration with Project Managers to ensure thorough

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.
• At least 3+ years of administrative or office experience in restoration.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software and maintain accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily project oversight to include monitoring statuses, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Complete and review job file documentation.
• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication verbally and in writing, internally and externally.
• Monitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followed.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Review complete job files for accuracy.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
