Job summary

Aquent is seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to support the creation of original content and marketing campaigns for top-tier programs in the entertainment industry. Based in Burbank, you will work closely with third-party production companies and in-house crews to keep projects on track.

You will coordinate shoot logistics, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across platforms such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Outlook, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the entertainment industry, preferably in on-air promotions at a network or production company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
• Proactive with creative problem-solving and forward planning.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
• Relationship builder with diplomacy and tact.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to the management team and project leads, coordinating all aspects of physical shoot production and departmental needs.
• Execute and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring priorities are met and directions are clear.
• Collaborate with project leads to manage communication and documentation requirements, utilizing platforms like Google Workspace, Airtable, Outlook, and Teams.
• Create and distribute production documentation to share necessary information efficiently.
• Delegate and oversee scheduling of multiple project-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously review and identify ways to improve office and shoot protocols and information organization.
