Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in production coordination, post-production support, or marketing production operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, priorities and details in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and clear professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day production workflows across assigned area, from intake through planning, execution, post, asset management, and final delivery.
• Maintain project schedules/calendars, delivery timelines, status reports, asset lists, and other operational tools.
• Serve as a key communication link between production managers, producers, creative teams, editors, designers, post-production, strategy/marketing partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support the execution of deliverables by coordinating project details, gathering assets, tracking approvals, organizing materials, and ensuring work is completed to spec.
