Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Production Coordinator in Burbank, CA to support the Head of Content and VP of Production. This role will oversee administrative tasks, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting, while collaborating with the Discovery Channel content team on production and development projects.

The ideal candidate will organize Content Team meetings, prepare production reports and decks, and assist with brainstorming for new series ideas, loglines, and department

Qualifications

• Excellent deck creation skills using PowerPoint and/or Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 2+ years of experience within the entertainment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative tasks for the Head of Content & VP of Production, including calendaring, tracking calls, travel arrangements and expenses.
• Organize and manage all Content Team meetings, internally and externally, and prepare materials for meetings (production reports, decks, etc).
• Assist Content Team with creative needs such as brainstorming ideas for shows, crafting loglines, and deck creation.
