Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking aProduction Coordinator to manage factory communications and oversee the lifecycle of each style in production. Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system
• Track submissions, approvals, timelines and production status with Time and Action and Work in Process reports
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items for approval to retailers and licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testing compliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
