Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage communication with factories, track the lifecycle of styles in production, and ensure compliance with retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, samples, and testing.

The role involves coordinating production status through daily emails, PLM system usage, and generating Time and Action reports to keep projects on schedule. A strong sense of urgency and multitasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel production experience.
• Experience coordinating with factories and managing production lifecycle.
• Knowledge of color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing and lab dips.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on production matters.

• Follow up on production and delivery status via emails and PLM system.
• Produce Time and Action, Work in Process reports and daily factory emails.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
