Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to oversee apparel production from development through delivery.

You will manage communications with factories, track styles in production, and ensure adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, and testing. The role requires strong organization, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a proven sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel production experience.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with factories on production matters.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status via emails and PLM system.
• Generate reports (Time and Action, Work in Process) and daily emails with the factory.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and samples with Design and Tech, relaying feedback to factories.
• Coordinate approvals to retailers and licensors.
• Ensure all testing compliance.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
