Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. in New York seeks a Production Coordinator to manage communications with factories on all production matters and track the lifecycle of every style in production.

You will ensure adherence to retailer requirements, coordinate testing and submissions with Design and Tech, and provide daily status updates and reports. 5+ years in apparel production, strong organization, multitasking, and PLM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel production.
• Strong knowledge of tech packs and apparel production processes.
• Proficient with PLM systems and production reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on production related matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM system.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
