Job summary

Connectly Recruiting in New York is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage factory communications and track the lifecycle of styles in production. You will ensure adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing, while following up on status via daily emails and the PLM system.

The role requires a sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
• Experience coordinating with factories and retailers and following spec requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on production related matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals, timelines and production status with reports.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
