Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC seeks a Production Coordinator to manage factory communications and oversee the lifecycle of styles in production. The role requires coordinating color specs, fabrics, and testing, and following up on delivery status via daily emails and PLM.

The candidate should have 5+ years in apparel production, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position involves close collaboration with design, tech, and retailers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
• Ability to manage production timelines and reports.
• Familiarity with tech packs and apparel specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals and timeline and production status with Time and Action, Work in Process and daily emails with the factory.
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories.
• Items for approval to Retailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team.
• All testing compliance
