Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage factory communications, track styles in production, and ensure adherence to retailer requirements across color, artwork, fabrics, and samples.

You will follow up on production status through daily emails and the PLM system, produce Time and Action and Work in Process reports, and support design and tech teams with lab dips, strike-offs, and approvals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel production.
• Experience coordinating production across factories.
• Knowledge of PLM systems and tech packs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication to factories on production matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing are followed.
• Follow up on production and delivery status via daily emails and the PLM system.
• Produce Time and Action, Work in Process reports and daily emails with the factory.
• Track submits, approvals, timelines and production status with reports.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submissions to Design and Tech and relay comments to factories.
• Handle approvals with retailers and licensors and follow up with their teams.
• Ensure all testing compliance.

• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
