Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage communications with factories and oversee the lifecycle of apparel styles in production from concept to delivery.

You will ensure adherence to color, artwork, fabrics, and testing requirements, track status via daily emails and the PLM system, and coordinate with Design and Tech teams on lab dips and approvals to keep production on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
• Experience managing production lifecycles and timelines.
• Proven ability to communicate with factories effectively.
• Familiarity with color, artwork, fabrics, samples, and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with factories on all production matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production from start to finish.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, samples and testing are followed.
• Monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and the PLM system.
• Produce and review Time and Action reports and other production status communications.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submissions with Design and Tech teams and relay feedback.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
