Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator for our client in the apparel industry in New York.

You will manage factory communications, track production styles, and ensure adherence to color, artwork, fabrics, sample submissions, and testing requirements. You will also monitor production status daily using the PLM system and provide timely updates to retailers and licensors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production communications with factories on all production matters.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Generate Time and Action, Work in Process reports and daily factory updates.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submissions with Design and Tech.
• Submit items for approval to retailers and licensors and liaise with their teams.
• Ensure compliance with testing.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
