Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage factory communications and the end-to-end lifecycle of apparel styles. You will ensure adherence to retailer specs for color, fabrics, and samples, while coordinating testing and approvals.

The role requires strong organization, urgency, and collaboration in a fast-paced apparel environment, with close attention to timeliness and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication to factories on production issues.
• Track lifecycle of styles in production from concept to finish.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testingare followed by factories.
• Monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM system.
• Maintain Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily status emails with factories.
• Handle lab dips, strike-offs, and sample submissions to Design and Tech departments, relay feedback.
• Coordinate approvals with retailers and licensors and communicate status to teams.
• Ensure testing compliance across products.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
