Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in New York is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage apparel production workflows from factory communication to delivery tracking.

You will handle color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing requirements, and ensure timely submissions and approvals using our PLM system. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a sense of urgency to meet retailer and internal timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
• Proficiency with tech packs and apparel production processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate production requirements to factories.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure color, artwork, fabrics, samples meet retailer specs.
• Monitor production and delivery status via emails and PLM.
• Prepare Time and Action and other reports to track progress.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, and submissions to Design/Tech.
• Approve submissions with retailers and licensors, and relay feedback.
• Ensure compliance with testing requirements.

Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
• Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
• Followretailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
